Shipping and Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING

In-stock merchandise purchased through summerfieldsnaples.com will be processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times does not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge. A physical street address is required for delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Should your item arrive defective or damaged, please send an email to info@summerfieldsnaples.com and provide your name and order number.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Summerfieds. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, merchandise may be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all discounted & holiday items are considered final sale. You (the customer) are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is received back in good condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: All holiday items and discounted items are considered
  • final sale & cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping &
  • we recommend insuring your parcel to ensure items arrive back to us in good
  • condition to receive a full refund.
  • Shipping Refunds: shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Within 14 calendar days of purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return by emailing info@summerfieldsnaples.com with the subject line: RETURN
  2. Authorization: You will then receive a return authorization number.
  3. Packaging: please ensure the item is packaged securely in its original condition, including tags & labels.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address below with your return authorization Number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to info@summerfieldsnaples.com.

CANCELLATION

Summerfields reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, discontinued items, out of stock items, pricing errors, and declined credit card payments.
